Facebook said on Monday, it planned to connect Singapore, Indonesia and North America in a project with Google and regional telecommunication companies with two undersea Internet cables which will increase the Internet capacity. Named Echo and Bifrost, those will be the first two cables to go through a new diverse route crossing the Java Sea and they will increase overall subsea capacity in the trans-pacific by about 70%," Facebook Vice President of Network Investments, Kevin Salvadori, told Reuters. He declined to specify the size of the investment, but said it was "a very material investment for us in Southeast Asia According to the executive, the cables directly connect the North America and some of the main parts of Indonesia and will boast the connectivity between. Salvadori said, "Echo" is being built in partnership with Alphabet Google and Indonesia telecommunication companies XL Axiata and should be completed 2023. "Bifrost"

      As we know about the Apple's policies on privacy of information of users which is more superior than Android, Apple take even minutes measuring so that information can't be leaked easily, following the steps of Apple, Google is also now exploring alternative to Apple Anti-tracking feature to feature in coming Android devices . Google is balancing user privacy with developers and advertisers need.

     Internally they are discussing on how it can limit data collection and cross app tracking.

With the rising demand of privacy conscious consumers Google is trying to balance it with the developers and advertisers financial need. Alphabet Inc. is slowly developing a new privacy standard for web browsing called "Privacy Sandbox."

     Google is helping partners to continue generating revenue by targeting ads on Android devices, with more than $100 billion in annual digital ad sales.

    we're always looking for ways to work with developers to raise the bar on privacy by enabling a healthy ads-supported app ecosystem, said in a statement by Google spokesman.

     In coming software update of Apple devices called IOS 14.5 and iPad 14.5, Apple is adding a new feature called app tracking transparency. IT allows users to choose whether an app can collect their data across other app and websites. The feature will limit the ability to effectively serve personalized ads  and generate revenue by many company.

        Google solution is likely to be less strict and their alternative to Apple's Anti-tracking is still in the early stage and Google hasn't decided when or if, it will go ahead with the change.
